Here’s what getta!Table has to say about your secrets...

So you’re probably wondering what we’re going to do with all the cool info we’re getting about you.  Your deepest darkest secrets are safe with us. Even your SAT scores and what you sing in the shower.

Now, there are some things about you that help us deliver great dining experiences to you. We’re going to want to collect that info and go crazy with it.

So here’s the deal in a nutshell.

  • We’re going to keep your payment card info super safe.  We only use it to ding you when you buy an offer.  Then it goes into a vault.
  • You are going to give us some info when you take us up on our great offers–such as your email address and maybe your mobile phone number.  We might get information from your Facebook profile and that’s going to depend on your privacy settings.  We’re going to use that info to serve you better. We reserve the right to give some of it to restaurants where you buy getta!Table offers, and others that we work closely with, to serve you great offers.  But we’re not going to sell, rent it, or loan it to anyone who is not part of the getta!Table close knit family.
  • Yeah, like just about everyone else we’re going to drop a cookie into your computer. That’s only so getta!Brain can remember what city you want offers from and other stuff that helps us serve you better..
  • If you decide you don’t love getta!Table anymore, and want us to forget everything about you, just tell us. We’ll delete your info from our databases and send you a note confirming that we’ve flushed it.  Anything that you have posted publicly will stay displayed until you choose to un-display it.  You will also have to deliver the bad news to any restaurant you no longer want to hear from, via their “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” option. We can’t do that for you!

Now, you are probably saying, how did they possibly get their lawyers to let them write this stuff?  Answer is, they said it was ok, so long as we also gave you the long version of the story.

So now let’s getta!Serious.

Here’s what getta!Table’s legal eagles said we REALLY mean:
